We
first met Wendell in the fall when we
asked him to prepare a bid for the
construction of our home in Thompson
falls, Montana. He proved to be a
good listener as all of our requirements
were included in his initial bid.
It was also most impressive that he
stayed within the projected costs
throughout the building project.
As with any project, timelines are
guidelines. However, when Wendell
gave us time projections for various
stages of the project, i.e. roofing, dry
wall, plumbing, etc., those were met
without fail.
Wendell began construction of our 2000
square-foot home in mid-march and
presented us with our keys on August
11th. We were not expecting the
project to be completed until late
September.
Wendell's skills as a contractor are
commendable; however, he is always
willing to learn more. He is also
flexible when his clients ask for
changes, even if it means redoing a
project. When a snag would appear,
Wendell would use his problem solving
skills to provide us with options.
There is no doubt if we were to have
another building project, Wendell would
be our choice for a contractor.
